Georgi Jackson-Gehrke, Vitality Fitness' expert Personal Trainer, combines her advance degrees in personal training fitness, nutrition and psychology to assist you in several disciplines. As an Aerobics- and Fitness-Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) & (AFAA), Georgi is proficient in leading and demonstrating the most effective yet safe methods of exercise incorporating the fundamental principals of exercise science. Her knowledge of human behavior assists her in getting to root of what motivates a client to perform at their optimum potential. This dynamic combination of exercise science coupled with human psychology gives you the most state-of-the-art workout experience possible.

Georgi Jackson-Gehrke, M.A., CPT has been working in the fitness industry since 1998. Her experience includes training and teaching at many health clubs, spas and resorts. For nearly ten years, Georgi has developed customized programs for numerous applications ranging from group workouts to individualized plans, behavioral modification, nutrition and wellness coaching.
A professional personal trainer, Ms. Gehrke holds a Bachelor’s and a Master's in Psychology from California State University, San Marcos and Alliant International University. Currently, she is certified by ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) for personal fitness training along with, AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) for personal training and group exercise instruction. Georgi is a member of both ASCM and IDEA Health Fitness Association.
